Eight of the eleven observed events were admissions to Nasdaq Stockholm. Three were transfers from First North and one was a secondary SDR listing; the total should therefore not be read as eleven IPOs.

Method
What is included – and what is not.
The period is 1 April–30 June 2026. We include verified first trading days for shares or Swedish depositary receipts on Nasdaq Stockholm, Nasdaq First North Growth Market Sweden, Spotlight Stock Market and NGM’s Swedish equity markets. Transfers and secondary listings are retained and labelled because they are genuine admission work but are not IPOs.
ETPs, bonds, paid subscribed shares, rights and warrants are excluded. NGM has a zero for the quarter because no qualifying Q2 admission was identified in the exchange’s published news archive under this method; this is not a statement that no other instrument was admitted.
We do not publish an aggregate for capital raised or public issues until the four markets can be covered on a complete and comparable basis. A dash means not reported – never zero.
